Our Mall outlets are open everyday and our other outlets are open on selected public holidays.
We kindly request our clients to inform us as early as possible if they wish to reschedule or cancel their appointments. This helps us to accommodate another client and continue providing timely service to everyone.
Non-Refundable Conditions
If you cancel your appointment, 25% will be deducted from your booking as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule, no fee will be charged and the full amount will carry over.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
Contact support via the app or Whatsapp with booking details. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds process within 7-10 business days.

Our experienced therapists are trained to work professionally and discreetly, only uncovering the areas being waxed and only when necessary. You’ll be guided thorightout the process, so that you always feel respected, safe and comfortable.
